Our group is led by Mark Thomas and is made up of a highly experienced team of people who have extensive corporate and consulting firm experiences. Our team has built up an outstanding track record for the twenty years that we have been operating. During that time we have conducted both consulting work and executive development programmes for some of the world’s most successful and demanding businesses and organisations

Our consultancy works covers everything from organisation restructuring, top team conflicts, inter-functional conflicts to the post integration of mergers and acquisitions.

Our team also provide high levels of facilitation expertise and regularly design and manage business specific workshops, conferences and events involving anything from 20 – 100+ people.

Mark Thomas and Nick Kelly in particular have developed considerable expertise in helping to refocus support functions develop their Business Partnering, internal consulting and change agent capabilities. We have enjoyed particular success in helping HR, IT and Finance teams re-define and reshape their service offerings .
